This Best Western in Stuart did a great job. everything was easy, fast and the room was perfect. It was peaceful, quiet, the bed was very comfy, and everything ran as expected including fast wifi. I did a late check out where I even had to go over 30 minutes past the checkout time. They did mention that they charge 15$ for every hour thereafter. Upon checking out at the front desk. I asked if I would be charged the full $15 or if they prorated the minutes. I was ready to pay the charge fee but the nice lady receptionist, said that it was quite alright and did not have to pay the fee. To my surprise, I was relieved! That's great customer service people. pay attention! Thank you. I really thought all best western are low-grade hotels and it was going to be a subpar experience because they usually are, but the one in Stuart exceed my expectations. Nice job guys! I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very dog friendly which is a requirement for us because we travel with our paralyzed dog. The facilities, especially the grounds, are so well maintained that it feels like you are in a little tropical resort. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. But the best part is that it is less than a mile from our favorite music venue in Stuart and close to lots of great restaurants and entertainment options. It really is perfect for us.

We stayed here about 8 years ago and it was a disaster! The parking lot was gravel there was lots of nails and we lost two tires to flats the place was not well maintained. This was 100% different! Someone is cleaning all the time. This rooms are spotless, the parking lot is incredible, a mattress was so good I didn't want to leave it behind. Breakfast is better than most and they're certainly is plenty of it. The pool is pristine.

Comfortable sockets (power and USB) close to the bed for charging phones/computers/etc. Staff very friendly. The room was well cleaned every day.

Friendly service. Quiet place to sleep, if you don't mind the trains late in the evening and early in the morning. Perhaps the rooms at the rear side are more exposed to the train horn noise than the others. But it didn't bother me much and it wouldn't stop me from booking again if I had to be in the area.
